Purdy woke me up this morning, nudging my face and hand and licking me. I am currently rereading the stories of Alice in Wonderland, and I have been contemplating Cheshire Cat-types of characters. I find that my own cat, who is friendly and has a unique personality, provides much inspiration a well.

My 6 year old daughter Olivia came up to me the other day and said "mum I love you" and I said "I love you" and she said "I love you more" and I said "I love you forever" to which she replied "I love you even after your dead". Well I couldn't top that one now could I?
